How do I get tickets?

Tickets can be purchased right here on our website under the “Join Us” button!  You can also contact the American Cancer Society at [email protected] with any questions.

Can I reserve a foursome?

Absolutely! Sponsorship levels can be found under the “Tickets and Donations” tab, or “Sponsorship” tab. You can secure a foursome by emailing or calling ([email protected]/ 630.388.9413) or purchasing under the “Join Us” button.

What should I wear?

Tip-Off Reception: Business Casual

CVC TN Golf Classic:

• Dress code requires shirts with collars or golf-appropriate mocknecks, golf slacks or appropriate length golf shorts. Jeans and other denim clothing are not allowed. Shirttails must be tucked in at all times, and gentlemen are required to remove hats while inside the clubhouse

What should I expect at CVC TN Golf Classic?

• Foursome (play for four golfers), includes high-end amenity player package, green fees, cart, and use of the locker room, practice green, and driving range for each golfer
• Lunch and beverages throughout the day
• Post Tournament Awards Reception
• Recognition in the event program

Where should I park?

Complimentary Valet Parking provided at the Golf Club. Ubers and Lyfts do not come out to The Golf Club often so plan accordingly

My company will match charitable donations.  How does that work?

Contact your company’s Human Resources department to inquire about any matching programs offered. Once your company has matched your donation, please let us know so we can ensure your matching gift is credited to the Coaches vs Cancer TN Golf Classic

What should I bring to the event?

A smile and your golf game! We recommend you pre-register for the event to make check-in easier. Your credit card will be placed on file for any purchases you make throughout the evening. We have incredible silent auction items for you to bid on.
